Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier (e.g., Canada Post or your local postal service). As the purchaser, you are responsible for tracking and claiming your package once it is with the carrier.

For expresspost shipments requiring a signature, if you are unavailable to sign, delivery may be delayed as your package will be held at your local post office for pickup. Please choose shipping options accordingly.

Products containing naturally occurring mineral pigments may vary in color even within identical formulas. Oxidation over time, especially with loose powder pigments, may alter colors or shades.

Each full-size product with a sample or travel size option is strictly non-refundable. Samples are intended for testing color, texture, coverage, or allergic reactions and are not travel sizes. Sample sizes correspond proportionally to full product sizes.
