No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
Due to the custom formulations, natural ingredients, and small batch production, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products—this includes full-size products, samples, travel sizes, and custom blends.

Samples Are Here to Help You Decide
To ensure you find the perfect product without risk, I offer carefully measured sample sizes that provide 1-2 applications. These samples allow you to test color, texture, coverage, or sensitivity before committing to the full size. However, samples themselves are non-refundable and are not intended or sized as travel products.

Incorrect Products
If you received the incorrect product, please contact me within 30 days with your order number and photos via the website support message box (social media messages are not accepted). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
