What You Need (Included in Kit)

2-Step Application (6-8-Hour Wear)
Apply drops: Place 1-2 drops directly onto the organic cotton center of the patch. Let absorb for 30 seconds.
Application: Press your custom dose patch firmly to clean, dry skin (abdomen, wrist, thigh, upper arm, bottom or top of foot). Wear 4-6 hours.
Time of application: evening is optimal since it can result in better quality sleep.
Other patches: other than the nicotine patch and nicotine drops, it works synergistically with other patches and supplements. If a nicotine patch is also being applied, it is suggested to wear the nicotine patch (or take the drops) during the morning and afternoon and then change over to this mb patch in early evening with a 4-hour rest in between patches.
